The Enclave at Odessa Maintenance Corporation’s Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday January 26, 2023, at 6:30pm using the ZOOM online meeting platform. The purpose of this meeting is to provide a Financial Report, approve the 2023 Budget, and elect the Board of Directors. A copy of the proposed Budget is enclosed.
In order to participate in this meeting, you will need to use the Meeting ID and Passcode provided below. If you would like to receive the meeting link electronically, please contact Sylaunda McKnight of BC Communities to provide an email address in which the meeting invitation link can be sent. Please email Sylaunda with the subject line: Enclave at Odessa Meeting Registration. In the body of the email please be sure to include your name and address. If you are interested in volunteering your time or know someone who is, please submit the enclosed nomination form along with an attached short (one to two paragraphs) biographical sketch of each nominee, by January 25th by 12 PM. Nominees must be a homeowner in good standing with the maintenance corporation and must be present at the annual meeting. Nominees must confirm their acceptance of the nomination by their signature on the form. Please email to Sylaunda McKnight at BC Communities at [email protected].
Please make every effort to attend the meeting. If you are unable to attend, please fill out the proxy below and give it to a homeowner who will be in attendance and provide a copy to BC Communities by email, fax, or mail. By giving them your proxy, they will be able to vote on your behalf. You may also email the proxy to Sylaunda McKnight at BC Communities at [email protected].
