We would like to remind our neighbors that the Maintenance Corporation Annual Meeting and Elections will be held online via Zoom on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 7:00 PM.
We encourage everyone to attend, but in the event you are unable to attend the meeting you may use the proxy form that was included in the notice that was mailed to every homeowner. If you have not received your notice send via USPS, please contact the community manager to update your information and to have a copy resent.
In order to participate in this meeting, you will need to use the Meeting ID and Passcode provided within your mailed notice. If you would like to receive the meeting link electronically, please contact Sean Dougherty of BC Communities to provide an email address in which the meeting invitation link can be sent. Please email Sean with the subject line: Enclave at Odessa Meeting Registration. In the body of the email please be sure to include your name, and address. An email with a link to the meeting will be sent out to registered homeowners on the day of the meeting.
If you are interested in volunteering your time or know someone who is, please complete the nomination form that was included with the mailed notice along with an attached short (one to two paragraphs) biographical sketch of each nominee, by January 25th. Nominees must confirm their acceptance of the nomination by their signature on the form and must attend the meeting. Please email to Sean Dougherty at BC Communities at [email protected].
