The 2020 annual assessments invoices have been mailed and homeowners will receive them via US Mail in the next few days. If you have any questions or if you have not received your invoice, please contact our community manager at BC Communities. The invoice will reflect the due date of April 15, 2020. There are two options to make your payment; you may send a check to the mailing address listed on the invoice or you may make your payment online. Additional information for online payments can be found on the invoice or on the financials page of this website.
