Virtual – Zoom
We want to thank everyone that attend the annual meeting on January 26rd, 2021. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this meeting was held virtually via Zoom. Every homeowner received the meeting notice which included the detail on how to attend the Zoom meeting. There was no concerns regarding being able to access this virtual meeting presented to BC Communities after receiving the notice.
- BC Community
- Sean Dougherty was in attendance representing BC Communities. Sean is the community manager for the Enclave at Odessa.
- Sean lead the discussion regarding how the virtual meeting would be executed.
- Sean had each board member in attendance introduce themselves.
- Board Report
- Presentation of community progress regarding developer and home builder.
- Discussed the proposed amendments to the community documents.
- A few homeowners volunteered to help bring the discussion to homeowners and promote participation.
- Budget and Elections
- Sean presented the budget and answered questions
- Roads are still the responsibility of the developer, snow removal will also be the responsibility of the developer until completed.
- Assessments will remain the same as previous year
- There was one nomination in which the nominee accepted
- There was one vacant seat on the board, nominee will fill the vacant seat.
