The playground is here!
The developer has finished the installation of the playground equipment and sidewalks for the community playground. The playground is located on Glen Mohr Drive between Barcelona Street and Bilboa Court. We are very excited that the children within our community will have a place to play and meet new friends!
Please review and follow all posted signs and equipment usage guides.
A note to remember as homeowners:
As a community, we will become financially responsible for the playground. Playground expenses can include: equipment, maintenance, mulch, trash removal, vandalism repairs, etc. Respecting the park and playground equipment as if it was your own will help keep the maintenance cost to a minimum and everyone can enjoy a safe and pleasant playground. See something, say something.
Please do not put pet waste in the park trash can. In efforts to help keep cost to homeowners to a minimum, we ask that you do not dispose of pet waste in the park trash can. Otherwise, this would be a contributing factor for the need to contract a trash service on a more frequent basis which will increasing the community cost to maintain this trash can.
