Dear Homeowner:
The Board of Directors is submitting for owner approval of revised language for the enclosed Articles in our governing documents and bylaws.
Each of the proposed Amendments and an explanation of the changes are outlined in this packet. We will be utilizing an online voting forum through ElectionBuddy.com. You will vote on each of the proposed changes. There can only be one vote per household, with each home having an individualized login (see below). Please use the information below to access the voting portal.

If you do not type each as written, you will not reach the ballot login page or be able to login.
This Ballot will be posted for 30 days. The voting will begin on June 15, 2020.
If you would prefer NOT to use the Online voting portal, you may use the enclosed Ballot to cast your vote through US mail or email. This ballot will be sent to BC Communities, and should be received no later than July 15th.
The Board of Directors would like to encourage each homeowner to participate in this vote. As was evident at the annual meeting, there is considerable support from the community to make these changes, but we cannot do it without your support! For these changes to be Approved, a vote of YES by 67% of the community is needed for the Declaration amendments, and 75% for the Bylaws amendments. You will vote each change separately, meaning each amendment can be approved or denied individually, rather that the proposal being decided upon as a collective.
We thank you for anticipated participation! Should you have any questions, please contact Sean Dougherty of BC Communities at [email protected].
Sincerely,
The Board of Directors
