A developer representative has expressed concerns regarding items within the community open space. Many of the items noticed look to be in use or being stored in the open space areas (including within the wooded areas). Items such as fire wood, fire pits, lawn and gardening tools and materials, compost piles, and so on.
The developer had asked if we would post this information as they are continuing their efforts toward open space turn over. All items that do not belong in the community open space have to be moved to be within the owners property lines. Any items that remain and do not belong in the open space will have to be removed.
