Dear Enclave at Odessa Homeowners,
The board is excited to announce that our community will now be served by Knight Property Services as our new management company. Knight Property Services is a local Veteran-owned and operated company based in Smyrna.
While transitioning management companies can take time, the team at Knight Property Services is committed and ready to serve our community efficiently.
As part of this transition, Knight Property Services is in the process of setting up a new homeowner portal, which will allow you to conveniently view your account online, make payments, submit architectural review request, and communicate with their team. You’ll find the portal familiar as they use the same program as BC Communities. Expect more information from Knight regarding these changes, including your new account information.
In the interim, payments can be made by sending a check or money order to the mailing address provided below. Additionally, you can drop off your payment in person Monday through Friday between 9 AM – 4 PM. Please ensure that checks are made payable to Enclave at Odessa and include the homeowner’s name and address on the payment.
If you have questions regarding a payment or architectural review request submitted to BC Communities prior to this transition, please reach out to Knight Property Services and they will be happy to assist.
